Light weight foam wedge - box 12

Also known as a 'yoga plank' or 'slanting plank'. Helps you to press your heels down in dog pose, ease the angle on your wrists in handstands, plus many other uses. Foam wedges are also commonly used in Pilates. Now in extra high density EVA which is almost as hard as wood but much lighter (density 140Kg/cbm).
