I must say i was about to spend more money on another yoga mat, but i thought id give this ago and oh yes i gripped like spiderman on a wall! I tend to sweat in the palm of my hands so grip was a major issue. You have to wipe your mat after leaving 2 white handprint marks, but its better than buying a new mat and it works!

This product is brilliant. I can now concentrate on my yoga practice without constantly having to adjust my hands due to slippage. The grip is fantastic and has extended the the life of my old mat enabling me to save up for a really good one.

I am not totally convinced as yet that this is better than liquid chalk. My friend recommended me to try it because she much prefers it to the chalk. I must admit I have not had much chance to use it plus I bought a new mat at the same time so the slippyness could be a number of things. I will comment that taking it in and out of it'sbag produces a lots of dust and makes me cough.

This grip ball is invaluable, especially in the summer when it can be very hot and you feel like you are slipping on your mat.

Really happy with this product, it has really helped with my Ashtanga practice. I fell more secure and able to develop my postures further now with good grip. Does leave hand feelings a little funny, but this is easily washed off. Brushes off clothes fairly easily too.

I've had sweaty palms for as long as I can remember and this really works. Your hands dont feel instantly dry as they would with baby powder or talc, but I no longer slide down the mat in my downward dog. Definately recommend it plus it's super light so easy to throw in bag. Keep the little plastic bag it comes in though or it will get all over your handbag. Ommmmmmmm

just brill i can now do down ward dog without my hands slipping would reccoment to anyone that has girp issues when doing yoga or pilates

It does the job nicely - it gives you dry hands but that is its job. Its quite dusty too and find I have to handle it way from me so I dont breathe the dust in.
