Yoga practice gets you in all sorts of positions, you're often upside down or moving from one position to another. Nothing more annoying than having your hair constantly falling in your face, if it's not long enough to tie up. These nice little headbands do the job, they are wide enough to keep all the hair in check and let you work in peace. I'm unhappy if I forget to bring one along to class. I like the variety of colors too, I have several and like choosing according to my mood. They can be worn several ways and are adaptable to your tastes and needs. A convenient little extra.
