I am delighted with the bolster. It is exactly the right size and hardness for its purpose. I think the other reviewer is a bit confused. I use the bolster under my back lengthways for restorative yoga poses. It's a very good quality product and I am very happy with it.

slightly lighter red than the standard bolster burgundy.Keeps its shape longer than the ordinary bolster however its height makes it challenging for beginners in the Iyengar tradition.

I use this bolster for restorative practice. It's very efficient for building up the underlying support for restorative poses, but a bit hard and uncomfortable for direct support or sitting. Would highly recommend it for the first purpose.
