Made from eco-friendly yoga mat material. Free of chlorides, latex and PVC. This material is composed mainly of cellomer for high elasticity and resilience. Also contains a super absorbent cloth lining made from 80% polyester and 20% nylon, which provides additional support within the paw and hygienic value by absorbing dirt, oils, and perspiration.

Since I bought Yoga Paws it has made a difference when and where I practice my yoga. My Yoga Paws are always in my bag and when I feel the urge to practice I can do it off my mat.

but what about the knees and head? These are actually great for teachers as they enablke you to demonstrate some postures anywhere in the room without the fear of slipping. However, if like me, you need a little cushioning for your knees and particularly your head in headstand - it's back to the mat. So, in summary not a replacement for the mat in my view but a useful addition. These are my second set as the first set had a fault in the stitching - these were replaced immediately - brilliant service from yogamatters!
