I've only just started using this DVD and am really enjoying it. It has been a great challenge as the style is quite different to my usual home practice but I feel inspired to improve each time. I find the style fluid (one you know the sequences) and quite energetic. The DVD has a group of preset practices for me to start with, allowing me a good opportunity to learn Shiva's style. Then you can use the Matrix, which allows you to custom-build your own yoga session! It's brilliant, and gives so much variety for my practice. Really happy with this DVD and think it's great value for money.

I just love this DVD. There are 7 sequences 20 minutes long to chose from. There are two movement meditations to start your practice with. There is Savasana. Also there is a core sequence and backbend sequence. There is great variety and you can pick a practice to suit your mood. The music in the dvd is very good and helps you to flow more with the sequence. The yoga matrix is great where you can design the whole session.

Beautiful sequences, really opens up the body making one feel energised and alive without exhaustion! 20 minute sequences are perfect, never get bored of the same old practice. I sometimes wish she would stay in a asana for a little while just to enjoy the experience but generally the pace is great.
