simpy the best type of yoga belt. The metal buckle is sturdy, easy to use bt will stay firm when needed, the cotton is also soft and comfortable but sturdy enough to support any pose. I trust these belts to hang myself from the ceiling in Rope Sirsasana and I wouldn't do that without complete confidence (and without knowing how to do it safely)!
