Delivery times quoted are for your guidance - unless we say that they're guaranteed, of course. We send you an email when your order is despatched. We use a 'signed for' service for many orders so it is important that there is someone in to receive the goods. If this is not possible we recommend you enter an alternative delivery address (such as work / friend / neighbour). In most cases we cannot deliver to PO box addresses. Delivery to hotel addresses is at your own risk, and make sure you know your room number and dates of stay. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not guaranteed (unless specifically described as such). As we're sure you know, nothing in 100% (especially when it involves the roads), and very occasionally the 'next day' service isn't. Generally, however, there's no problem and your order will arrive as planned.

UK mainland: Economy delivery is only £3.50 for most orders. If your order weighs more than 5kg the maximum delivery charge is £6.00 (no matter how heavy). These are economy services, and generally take between 2 and 5 working days. You can choose faster and guaranteed delivery options during checkout. For next day delivery please order by 2.30pm at the latest. 'Next day' orders placed after 2.30pm will be despatched the following working day. Weekends and public holidays are not considered 'working days'.
Northern Ireland, Isles of Man & Scilly, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight: The maximum delivery charge is £11.00 no matter how heavy. Small parcels (less than 2kg) cost £3.50 - £5.00. This is an economy service which usually takes 2 to 4 working days (not guaranteed). You can choose faster and guaranteed delivery options during checkout. For next day delivery please order by 2.30pm at the latest. 'Next day' orders placed after 2.30pm will be despatched the following working day. Weekends and public holidays are not considered 'working days'.
EU delivery: Small parcels (up to 1 or 2kg) will be delivered by airmail small parcel service. Larger parcels will be delivered by 'signed for' courier service on a 2 to 3 day service for most Northern European countries and on a 3 to 4 day service to Southern Europe. These delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Andorra, Monaco: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £12 (up to 30kg).
Austria, Denmark, Lichenstein: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £14 (up to 30kg).
Switzerland: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £36 (up to 30kg) which includes custom clearance fees. In some instances the customs and excise service in your country may apply further charges.
Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovekia, Vatican, San Marino, Cueta, Gibralter: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £16.50 (up to 30kg).
Greece, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £27.50 (up to 30kg).
Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Estonia: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £22.00 (up to 30kg).
Norway, Bosnia, Croatia, Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £47 (up to 30kg) which includes custom clearance fees. In some instances the customs and excise service in your country may apply further charges.
Malta, Turkey & Tunisia: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £76 (up to 30kg).
Other European destinations: The tariff is automatically calculated online.
North America, Australia and the Far East and the rest of the world: Charges are calculated automatically on our site and are based on the overall weight and volume of your order. Delivery generally takes 3-8 working days after your order has been processed (not guaranteed). If your country is not shown please email us for a delivery quotation.

Important general advice: International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance. These charges can include import duty, handling fees, local taxes and other costs. Yogamatters is not responsible for these costs or for any delays caused by Customs or other government authorities. Please make sure that you understand what process and costs may apply for delivery to your country.
Non-delivery
Please inform us within 21 days of placing your order if the goods have not been delivered. Although we may still be able to trace your items after this time we will not consider claims for lost items after this period.
We are not responsible for lost parcels if you enter an incorrect delivery address on your order. Please check your order carefully before you submit it. If you do spot an error let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify it if possible.
