This web site will calculate shipping charges to most destinations automatically - before you make any commitment to buy. You can also use the information below to get an idea of what you may be charged for delivery. We do not make a profit on delivery charges; in fact we subsidise shipping in some cases.
We aim to process all orders received before midday the same day (but this is not guaranteed). Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments at no extra cost to you. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly in December. Please be patient, and use the delivery tracking options available to you. It is always best to allow ample time for deliveries. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not guaranteed (unless specifically described as such). We send you an email on the date your order is despatched.
UK mainland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands: The maximum delivery charge is £5.95 no matter how heavy. Small parcels (less than 2kg) cost £3. This is an economy service which usually takes 2 to 5 working days (not guaranteed). We are charged more for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands but we absorb the extra costs and do not charge more for standard delivery to these areas. We use a 'signed for' service for many orders so it is important that there is someone in to receive the goods. If this is not possible we recommend you enter an alternative delivery address (such as work / friend / neighbour). A delivery time of day cannot be given when choosing standard delivery.
You can choose faster and guaranteed delivery options during checkout. For next day delivery please order by 1pm at the latest. 'Next day' orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the following working day. Weekends and public holidays are not considered 'working days'.
Northern Ireland, Isles of Man & Scilly: Standard delivery costs for small parcels (up to 2kg) are the same as for the UK mainland. Larger parcels cost £10 each by standard courier (up to 30kg).
EU delivery: Small parcels (up to 1 or 2kg) will be delivered by airmail small parcel service. Larger parcels will be delivered by 'signed for' courier service on a 2 to 3 day service for most Northern European countries and on a 3 to 4 day service to Southern Europe. These delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Andora, Monaco: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £10 (up to 30kg).
Germany: The maximum delivery charge is €5 and delivery is free for orders over €250.
Austria, Denmark, Lichenstein: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £13 (up to 30kg).
Switzerland: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £36 (up to 30kg) which includes custom clearance fees.
Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovekia, Vatican, San Marino, Cueta, Gibralter: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £15 (up to 30kg).
Greece, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £25 (up to 30kg).
Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Estonia: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £20 (up to 30kg).
Norway, Bosnia, Croatia, Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £46 (up to 30kg) which includes custom clearance fees.
Turkey & Tunisia: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £75 (up to 30kg).
Malta: The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £53 (up to 30kg).
Other European destinations: The tariff is automatically calculated online.
North America, Australia and the Far East and the rest of the world: Charges are calculated automatically on our site and are based on the overall weight and volume of your order. Delivery generally takes 3-8 working days after your order has been processed (not guaranteed). If your country is not shown please email us for a delivery quotation.

General advice: International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance. Yogamatters cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs or other government authorities.
Non-delivery
Please inform us within 21 days of placing your order if the goods have not been delivered. Although we may still be able to trace your items after this time we will not consider claims for lost items after this period.
