I think your customer service is excellent and that is rare to find these days. My new consignment of blocks arrived ahead of time. I telephoned to say that I had made a mistake in my online order ( I ordered the wrong colour blocks) and your representative very kindly stepped in and changed the product at the warehouse. The 'Drops of Nectar' CD is wonderful. I can't actually do anything at the moment - recovering post op. However, I did a lot of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (alternate breathing) in hospital which helped a lot... I was amazed that you had everything on the website that I had seen! I have spent the last two days shopping from the internet full time and that site of yours is refreshing and is stocked! Just wanted to say how impressed I am! Order placed on Sunday, arrived today. I don't know if you ever need testimonials about your products but I think your travel yoga mat is brilliant. I bought it in October last year before backpacking around South America for 6 months and am still using it now that I'm home. I've been using it at least 4 times a week and it's still as strong as ever, with no visible wear at all. It was easy to keep clean and turned any floor however suspect looking, into my own little yoga practice space. I have recommended it to quite a few yogis along the way and will definitely do so again. Thanks for helping me keep my practice going. It was something I really didn't want to lose touch of while I was away.

Every time I go on the Yoga Matters website I buy something, I think it's a combination of my ever growing passion for Yoga and some kind of subconscious pulse that emanates from your page and entices me to buy. I have to, I can't resist, I don't want to resist, I want to buy, buy, BUY!!!!!!! I just figured that a website that gets me this excited needs to be told.
